Our Wilsonville facility is growing, and we’re currently looking for a dependable Machine Operator – Day Shift. This is not a supervisory role, but we’re looking for someone who can take the initiative, set the pace, and help drive results alongside the team. If you have a mechanical mindset, production experience, and a strong work ethic, this could be a great opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment. This is a day shift position with typical hours from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, though hours may fluctuate based on production needs. Pay Range: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour, depending on experience. Higher rates may be offered for candidates with relevant experience. Key Responsibilities Assist with handling and preparing raw glass and interlayer materials Measure, cut, and clean glass and film to prepare for lamination Help assemble layers of glass and interlayer materials with accuracy Support pre-pressing and autoclave operations (heat and pressure bonding) Inspect finished laminated glass for quality and report any defects Learn to operate and maintain lamination equipment and tools Follow safety procedures and wear required protective gear (gloves, safety glasses, etc.) Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow written instructions, standard procedures, and supervisor guidance What You Bring 1–3 years of production or manufacturing experience Comfortable with hand tools and reading a tape measure Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented Dependable, punctual, and team-focused Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift Strong communication and problem-solving skills Bonus if you: Have experience with automated equipment or glass fabrication Working Conditions Fast-paced production floor with moving equipment and glass PPE provided (gloves, safety glasses, cut-resistant gear) Physical work: lifting, bending, standing for long periods Why You’ll Love Working Here Shift Pay Differential Medical, Dental, Vision & Disability Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Quarterly Bonus Program & Profit Sharing 8 Paid Holidays + PTO Boot & Safety Glasses Reimbursement Tuition Reimbursement Referral Bonuses (up to $1,500!)
