Responsibilities include: Set up machinery according to production specifications Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment Troubleshoot machine issues and identify maintenance needs Monitor production efficiency and quality standards Perform quality inspections and document production data Enter material usage and production information into SAP Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Strong mechanical aptitude Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions Basic math and problem-solving skills Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates
