Location: 715 Fountain Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17601 We are looking for a new Machine Operator to join our team and play a key part in our facility's operations! 3rd Shift: Mon-Fri (Workweek begins Sunday evening) Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Pay Range: $18-$21/hr, based on experience Shift Differential: $0.75/hr The Impact You'll Make: Safety & Team Coordination: Prioritize personal safety and the safety of team members Empowered to act and stop work if unsafe conditions are observed Organize work area on a continual basis in order to maintain a safe, efficient, productive and clean work environment Machine Operations: Setup, operate, troubleshoot, adjust settings, and maintain machinery processes while ensuring a quality output Conduct visual inspections of machinery and perform general preventive maintenance Perform necessary documentation, data entry, and inventory Operate a forklift to move and transport materials as needed Communicate changes in production and/or quality to department lead, and submit work orders to maintenance team when necessary Training & Cross-Training: Participate in regular training sessions and cross train into other job functions providing assistance to other departments when needed Cross train others to enhance team capabilities Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: High school diploma, GED, or 4+ years of experience Previous experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment a plus Proven ability to multitask in a stressful environment (dirty, confined spaces, strict timelines, etc.), attention to detail, and adapt to changing demands Forklift experience a plus Ability to read and understand units of measure and perform basic math functions Flexibility to work overtime as needed What we offer you: Benefits: Employer‑sponsored medical, dental, vision, & life insurance; employee assistance program; short term & long term disability; 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match; Paid time off & 11 company paid holidays.
