We are seeking and End Form Machine Operator to join the operations team at our Corsa facility in Berea, Ohio. Responsibilities: Read job specifications such as work orders, blueprints, and measurement devices to determine machine adjustments and material requirements Set up, adjust, and operate equipment to fabricate parts to specifications Observes equipment operation to detect work piece defects or equipment malfunctions Remove burrs, sharp edges, or rust from work piece Verify parts to specifications and tolerance using proper measurement and inspection equipment Identify, tag and remove non-conforming materials Accurately complete all required paperwork in a timely manner Communicate with other departments as necessary Keep work areas clean and organized Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety Ensure work is done safely, consistently and meets quality standards Adhere to all company rules and policies Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor What You Will Get: Eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance as of Day One Employer Paid Life and Disability Insurance HSA with Employer Contributions 401(K) Retirement Plan with Company Match Employee Wellness and Assistance Programs Paid Maternity/Paternity Leave Paid Time Off Up to 13 Paid Company Holidays Requirements High school diploma or GED Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
