Responsibilities: Prepare and set up machines for production. Operate machines, monitor settings, and ensure efficiency. Inspect machines and materials for accuracy and quality. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues quickly. Maintain records of approved and defective material. Train new or junior operators. Follow safety guidelines and production instructions. Perform routine maintenance and prepare machines before shifts. Schedule: Monday-Thursday (5:00pm- 3:30am) Requirements Qualifications: Two (2) to Three (3) years hands-on experience operating manufacturing machinery preferred. Prefer bilingual operator (English/Spanish) Ability to stand for long periods of time. Capable of safely lifting approximately 40 lbs. Must be able to maintain attention to detail and manage multiple aspects of the production process simultaneously.
Responsibilities
