JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and should be able to setup, operate and troubleshoot the machine, supervise the production line and team and achieve production targets. This role is crucial for ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality control.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 Years expierence in Manufacturing.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
  • Familiarity with SolidWorks or similar CAD software is preferred.
  • Experience in machining, or working with warehouse operations is a plus.
  • Ability to use hand tools effectively and safely.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality control practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Must be able to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods during shifts.
    Candidate should be authorized to work full time in Canada for any employer.

  • Utilize hand tools and precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy in fabrication.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that arise during production.
  • Assist in the setup and calibration of machines for specific tasks, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.
