Whether you have years of experience or are just getting started, we want to hear from you. Our industry-leading training program will help you develop the skills you need to operate production equipment safely and efficiently. What You’ll Do Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure safe and efficient line performance Set up machines at the start of the shift, making adjustments as needed for different products or packaging Perform quality checks to confirm products meet specifications Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and escalate complex problems to maintenance Assist with minor equipment cleaning and changeovers to keep production on schedule Work closely with supervisors and teammates to meet daily production goals Follow all GMPs, Food Safety, and company safety procedures What We’re Looking For Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred (but not required—we will train the right candidate) Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with production equipment Attention to detail and commitment to producing safe, high-quality food Reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn new skills Why The Fremont Company?
