SHIFT PATTERN (WEEKLY ROTATION):

  • Dayshift: 06:00 – 14:00
  • Nightshift: 22:00 – 06:00
    Pay Rate: £14.00 – £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the food or drinks industry
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts
  • A good level of attention to detail and reliability
    Salary: £14.00 – £16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

ALLSTAFF MANUFACTURING DIVISION ARE DELIGHTED TO BRING TO THE MARKET THE ROLE OF MACHINE OPERATOR / FORKLIFT DRIVER.

We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operator / Counterbalance Forklift Driver to work with a large drinks manufacturing company on a rotating shift pattern.

JOB ROLE DUTIES:

  • Operating automated machinery involved in bottling and packaging processes
  • Carrying out basic quality checks to ensure production meets standards
  • Using a Counterbalance Forklift to transport pallets and raw materials
  • Feeding production lines with materials and removing finished goods
  • Keeping accurate records of production output
  • Cleaning and maintaining machinery and work areas in accordance with hygiene standards
  • Adhering to all health & safety and site procedures
