SUMMARY: Employee must be able to Learn to work and understand pneumatic machinery and hydraulics. Must learn how to diagnose and fix machinery. Keep the line running and communicate with leads and supervisor on any problems with machinery, and make sure quality is to company standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following: Must be able to follow all GMP and SSOP programs. Must be able to perform basic math skills, read and write fluently in English. Must be able to communicate with leads, supervisors, and management and follow instructions. Must be able to stoop, bend, twist and carry up to 70lbs repetitively through the shift. Employee must be able to stand for extended periods of time. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position will not have supervisory responsibility.
