Description
Understand and proficiently operate assigned machines/presses. Troubleshoot various machinery problems. Identify and tag tubs according to shop orders. QC and document all parts run on machines. Retrieve and enter data into SAP computer system. Work environment includes exposure to oils, lubricants, and solvents. No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate area of LOCATION (50 miles) will be considered for this position. One year + experience operating brake or stamping presses. Experience in a manufacturing environment. 6+ months of experience with forming or bending machines. 6+ months of experience reading drawings or blueprints. Experience confirming that parts conform to specs using measuring tools. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English. Must be able to stand for extended periods throughout the work shift. Regularly required to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance.
