As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining complex machinery to ensure smooth production processes and high-quality output. Schedule: Friday - Sunday 5pm - 5am plus overtime as needed Set up, operate, and monitor various types of manufacturing equipment for optimal performance Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and work orders to ensure accurate production Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on assigned machinery Conduct quality checks on produced items to ensure they meet required specifications Enter production data and generate reports using computer systems Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production efficiency Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or production issues promptly Maintain a clean and organized work area Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes Qualifications 3-5 years of experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment Proven experience working Weekends Proficiency in operating complex machinery and equipment Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints accurately Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Familiarity with quality control standards and preventive maintenance procedures Technical certifications related to machine operation preferred Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to commute to Norman, United States for Weekends, 3rd Shift Additional Information Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability / veterans
