Our Wilsonville facility is growing, and we’re currently looking for a dependable Machine Operator to support and help lead production on our Insulating Glass (IG) Line – Swing Shift. This is not a supervisory role, but we’re looking for someone who can take initiative, set the pace, and help drive results alongside the team. If you have a mechanical mindset, production experience, and a strong work ethic, this could be a great opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment. Position Summary As a Machine Operator on the IG Line, you'll operate and maintain production equipment to fabricate high-quality insulated glass units used in windows and doors. Pay starts at $22/hour and up to $25+ depending on experience Swing Shift Differential: $1.50/hour (not included in base pay) This is a mid-level role ideal for someone with leadership potential who can help coordinate workflow, support teammates, and lead by example—without directly managing people. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor machinery on the IG line Perform in-process quality checks to meet dimensional and visual standards Load/unload glass safely and efficiently Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate as needed Follow production schedules and meet efficiency targets Complete basic machine maintenance Accurately record production data and report issues Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively Maintain a clean and safe work area Demonstrate leadership qualities like initiative, ownership, and peer support What You Bring 1–3 years of production or manufacturing experience Comfortable with hand tools and reading a tape measure Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented Dependable, punctual, and team-focused Able to lift 50+ lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift Strong communication and problem-solving skills Bonus if you: Have experience with automated equipment or glass fabrication Working Conditions Fast-paced production floor with moving equipment and glass PPE provided (gloves, safety glasses, cut-resistant gear) Physical work: lifting, bending, standing for long periods Why You’ll Love Working Here Swing Shift Pay Differential Medical, Dental, Vision & Disability Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Quarterly Bonus Program & Profit Sharing 8 Paid Holidays + PTO Boot & Safety Glasses Reimbursement Tuition Reimbursement Referral Bonuses (up to $1,500!)
