Description The Machine Operator Level 3 - Adm employee is respnsible for following proper procedures while supporting the manufacturing management team for both the North and South plants. The position will report directly to the Production Manager in the north plant. This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Will support management with the attendance policy up to and including creating documentation for the management team to execute. Will support management with the disciplinary policy with relations to documentation of the program. Will support management with the printing of pallet labels as directed by the manager and / or supervisors. Responsibilities
The employee will support the manufacturing management team by handling attendance documentation, disciplinary records, and pallet label printing. They are also responsible for operating job-related equipment and maintaining effective communication across the production plants.
