JOB TITLE: THIXO PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE I LOCATION: LOVELAND Department: Production Reports to: Manufacturing Manager/Lead Operator Effective Date: May 2026 Job Summary: Performs inspection and packaging of magnesium parts. Adheres to all plant and OSHA safety policies and regulations. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: * N/A DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: * Processes manufactured parts per job instructions, pack verified amounts, and label appropriately. * Report out on workstation for DMS (Daily Management Systems). * Constructs boxes for packing at assigned workstations. * Visually inspects parts for defects as noted in Job Data Packages or work Instructions and sample boxes to ensure quality parts are being packed in compliance with specified requirements. * Understands production records and is able to keep accurate counts of accepted, rejected and scrapped product as noted on shift Report Sheets. * Lifts and carries boxes (up to 50 lbs.) to pallets for movement to shipping or storage. Can use pallet jack to move pallets of boxes or totes. * Responsible for keeping the assigned workstation well organized, clean and neat by following the 5S structure present. * Alerts shift Lead Operator of machine malfunction or scrap quantity issues. * Maintains effective working relationships with other coworkers. * Additional duties as assigned. REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES: * Ability to work with coworkers in a team environment. * Ability to perform basic math calculations. * Ability to maintain and understand records and data, as well as complete required shift documentation. * Ability to document accurate production reports. * Must be able to run 5 workstation applications independently at 6-month mark. * Ability to use two and four wheeled hand trucks, pallet jacks. * Continuous mental and visual attention to quality of products produced. * English language proficiency to include verbal and written communication. * Ability to work overtime as required. * Ability to work any shift as required. * Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * High School Diploma or GED * 0-6 Months Experience PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Must be able to stand entire shift (8+ hrs.). * Ability to lift up to 50lbs. * Requires manual dexterity. * Moderate physical demand involving lifting and moving of materials and equipment. * Frequently moves from waist level to floor level. 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Sunday through Thursday)
