Pay: $18 – $22 per hour (depending on experience)

In this hands-on, high-impact role, you’ll support the production and supply chain teams in downstream processes that directly influence the quality and delivery of our products. Whether you’re assembling test strips, running machines, or operating our gold sprayer system, your work will help power innovation and precision.
This is a full-time temporary role for one month—with strong potential to extend based on performance and team needs. It’s the perfect opportunity to prove what you can do and grow with us!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with precision
  • Bend, stoop, and use rolling stairs (max one flight)
  • Lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs
  • Handle temperature fluctuations, including brief time in coolers/freezers
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Comfortable working in a lab, manufacturing floor, and office setting
  • Computer-savvy enough for data entry and digital tracking

Responsibilities
  • Operate as a machine operator, handling both automated and semi-automated equipment
  • Take the lead on gold spray applications, a critical part of our production process
  • Perform key production tasks like comb assembly, strip cutting, labeling, vialing, packaging, and quality inspection
  • Assemble strips into multi-test “combs” and seal them in protective foil pouches
  • Laminate and pouch plates, vial buffers and reagents, and wash laboratory glassware
  • Keep precise records of inventory, lot numbers, and quality control data
  • Assist with labeling, kitting, and final packaging of finished products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment—your safety mindset matters!
  • Report any unsafe conditions to supervisors or the EHS team immediately
