You'll: Set up, operate, and fine-tune production and packaging equipment from kiln to finish. Help keep equipment running smoothly with preventative maintenance and basic repairs. Inspect finished products to ensure only top-quality materials make it to inventory. Operate a forklift (experience is a plus—we'll train the right candidate!). Safely palletize and prepare products for inventory. Work alongside an awesome team to meet production goals. Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe. Communicate with teammates and supervisors about safety, quality, and equipment performance. You're a Great Fit If You... Enjoy hands-on work and staying active.
