BOSTON’S BEST COFFEE ROASTERS IS SEEKING AN INDIVIDUAL TO RUN VARIOUS LINES OF PACKAGING EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING K-CUP PRODUCTION LINES AS WELL AS BAGGED COFFEES.

This individual will be responsible for:

• setting up machines to start a production cycle (i.e. calibration, cleaning)
• controlling and adjusting the machine settings as needed to maintain the desired specifications
• feeding raw materials into machines
• fix minor issues that might occur during a production cycle
• spot and relay any machine-related mistakes or flaws in product to mechanics/supervisors immediately
• accurately maintain the require quality assurance and activity logs
• overseeing overall production line for quality and efficiency standards

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

• experience as a machine operator
• working knowledge of high-speed machinery and measurement tools
• understanding of production procedures
• adherence to health and safety regulations
• ability to read and execute production instructions
• attention to detail
• teamwork and communication skills
• physical stamina and strenght
• high school diploma or equivalent
