Description 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 4:00pm - 2:00am 7.5% shift differential pay Spectrum Industries, Inc. is looking for a new team member to operate a variety of multiple conventional, production machines and/ or equipment at specified machining centers to fabricate sheet metal or metal tubing products, parts, and components. Performs minor setup and adjustment functions on the machines Stops machines to remove finished work pieces, or to change tooling, setup, or work piece placement, according to required machining sequences Interprets blueprints, drawings, manuals, routing sheet specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements Measures dimensions of finished work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments, templates, and fixtures Records and submits accurate work time and job functions on daily time documents and routing sheets Other duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Six months to one year of related work experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience Benefits: PTO: 3 weeks/ year 72 hours of holiday pay Health insurance Wellness program Dental insurance Vision insurance Short-term disability (employer paid) $30,000 of life insurance (employer paid) 401(k) with match Paid lunch break Employee Assistance Program $100 reimbursement for safety shoes and glasses Spectrum Industries, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
