We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Molding Technician who wants more than just another job. In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining injection molding machines in a clean, organized, and team-driven environment. You’ll be a key part of our production process—and have real input on how things get better. We also believe downtime is essential, so we’ve built a shift structure and workload that supports work-life balance and helps to prevent burnout.

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

Responsible for assisting the molding team. This team member must maintain a positive attitude and have a high level of integrity.

• This position requires flexibility to learn new positions anywhere in the company.
• This position supports the shift lead.
• Understand basic operation of ovens.
• Ability to use basic ABAS time capture functions.
• Participate in all quality testing procedures on product.
• Understand and follow all standard operating procedures to ensure quality products are produced in a safe and efficient manner.
• Report all errors in product line using Non-Conformance Report (NCR)
• Assist in identifying root causes of issues and eliminate quality problems.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
• Able to Perform and retain a series of operations correctly and consistently.
• Captures and understands build procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
