SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at MTH Manufacturing. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production of axles. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch products while adhering to safety and quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and equipment operation.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications accurately.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Familiarity with welding techniques or welding experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience with logic controllers and programming is an asset.

• Operate and monitor various machines involved in axle manufacturing.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Assemble components according to specifications and quality standards.
• Utilize hand tools and measuring instruments such as calipers for precise measurements.
• The operation of a Manual Lathe, CNC Lathe and Friction welder
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
