Description
Checks & loads various RM/ ORM around the clock. Prepares pallets and packing material if needed. Handles the packing, unloading, palletizing, weighing, and transferring of finished rolls. Monitors the machine & product during production. Acquires all needed paperwork & materials (documents, parts, tools…) from related sections. Disposes of generated waste. Assists the Team leader, Lead operator, and operator upon request. Fill the roll/pallet label. To report any quality defects to QC, Team Leader, Lead Operator, and Operator. Assist the operator to reach the KPI target, with a basic understanding and communication skills in English Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel Health check proposal to be cleared by HSE before hiring the candidate. Job Requirements: Education: Technical Diploma or a certificate from Higher Institute for Plastics Fabrication (HIPF). Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience. Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of the extrusion process. Strong understanding of the printing process. Language Skills: Basic knowledge of English, both written and spoken. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Physical Health: Good physical health with the ability to work under physically demanding conditions, including hot weather. Work Ethic: Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in challenging environments. Age: Between 21 and 32 years. Residence: Must reside in one of the following cities: Dammam, Khobar, or Qatif (Alhasa is excluded). Note: If the candidate does not hold a degree in Plastic, a minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
Responsibilities
The machine operator checks and loads various raw materials, prepares pallets, and handles the packing and transferring of finished rolls. They monitor the machine and product during production and assist team leaders and operators as needed.
