Description

* Perform Change over and set the Machine parameters as per JFT and Process Control Card (PCC) and generate PCC for the new orders and relay it to Team Leader for review and approval. * Perform troubleshooting any problem related to his machine to minimize downtime, defected material and improve machine efficiency. * Initiate start-up check sheet and relay it to Team Leader for approval; regularly check the product quality and generate daily production check sheet to ensure production consistency. * Operate his machine as per work instruction for proper run-ability. * Generate the daily production report and relay it to Team leader for review and approval. * Train and monitor the helpers to do properly their activities * Generate (check) and sign the product and pallet label to ensure correct details and packing mode

Responsibilities

The machine operator is responsible for setting up and operating machinery according to process control cards and lean manufacturing principles. They must also perform troubleshooting, monitor product quality, and train helpers to ensure production consistency.
