Description

Facilitate the work of the Quality Inspector and ensure the conformity of the product requirements with the standard finished goods specs. • Ensure proper cleaning of his line during the shift and month close. • Fill in the daily production report & submit it to the Production Team Leader. • Set the machine properly & perform size changes. • Ensure the proper handling of raw material received-returned / from-to Raw Material warehouse. • Verbally inform the Lead Operator and the Line Setter of any problem that occurs on the machine. • Make sure all finished goods pallets, waste bin, waste trolley and raw material are in their dedicated place. • Comply and follow safety and environmental instructions and participate in toolbox talks given by HSE officer. • Consultation and participation at all applicable levels and functions ( ex. the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation and actions for improvement of the OH&S management system).

Responsibilities

The machine operator facilitates the work of the Quality Inspector and ensures product conformity with standards. They are responsible for cleaning the line, filling production reports, and addressing any machine issues.
