Job Responsibilities: & Tasks Duties: • Facilitate the work of the Quality Inspector and ensure the conformity of the product requirements with the standard finished goods specs. • Ensure proper cleaning of his line during the shift and month close. • Fill in the daily production report & submit it to the Production Team Leader. • Set the machine properly & perform size changes. • Ensure the proper handling of raw material received-returned / from-to Raw Material warehouse. • Verbally inform the Lead Operator and the Line Setter of any problem that occurs on the machine. • Make sure all finished goods pallets, waste bin, waste trolley and raw material are in their dedicated place. • Comply and follow safety and environmental instructions and participate in toolbox talks given by HSE officer. • Consultation and participation at all applicable levels and functions (ex. the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation and actions for improvement of the OH&S management system). Job Requirements: Education: Technical Diploma or a certificate from Higher Institute for Plastics Fabrication (HIPF). Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience. Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of the extrusion process. Strong understanding of the printing process. Language Skills: Basic knowledge of English, both written and spoken. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Physical Health: Good physical health with the ability to work under physically demanding conditions, including hot weather. Work Ethic: Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in challenging environments. Age: Between 21 and 32 years. Residence: Must reside in one of the following cities: Dammam, Khobar, or Qatif (Al-Ahasa is excluded). Note: If the candidate does not hold a degree in Plastic, a minimum of 2 years of experience is required.

Responsibilities

The Machine Operator is responsible for ensuring product conformity, maintaining cleanliness of the production line, and reporting production data. They must also handle raw materials properly and communicate any machine issues to the relevant team members.
