Job Description
Shift: Sunday to Thursday (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to cut and prepare cabinet panels. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and requires strong attention to detail as well as physical capability to handle materials safely.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred (CNC experience an asset).
• Ability to read and follow production instructions and safety protocols.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physically able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
  Additional Information

• Operate CNC machinery to cut, shape, and process cabinet panels according to production requirements.
• Load and unload materials onto and off machinery.
• Monitor machine operation, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
• Assist team members and contribute to a positive, productive work environment.
