We are looking for a skilled and safety-minded Machine Operator to join our team. This role involves operating a variety of machinery and equipment to support day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with equipment operation, strong attention to safety, and the ability to maintain productivity and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machines and equipment safely and efficiently according to company procedures and industry standards.
• Perform routine pre-operation checks, inspections, and basic maintenance to ensure equipment is in safe working order.
• Load and unload materials or products as required for each job.
• Follow work orders, production plans, or supervisor instructions to complete tasks on time.
• Monitor equipment performance and report malfunctions or required repairs immediately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all workplace safety policies, regulations, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Assist with other duties as needed to support operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating machinery or heavy equipment (specific equipment may vary by role).
• Strong understanding of equipment safety practices and operating procedures.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, instructions, or technical manuals.
• Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor or industrial environments.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.

Preferred Assets:

• Valid equipment operator certifications or tickets (if required for specific machines).
• Mechanical aptitude for minor equipment troubleshooting.
• Experience in construction or related industries.
