Join our team in Exton, PA Since 1975, Omega Flex has been supplying quality engineered flexible metal hose products that meet demanding industrial, commercial, and residential applications. Job Responsibilities for Machines Operator: Remove and replace forming dies, sizing rollers and drive belts in accordance with setup specifications. Butt weld or splice start piece to coil stock, set haul off speeds and welding controls. Cut sample weld joint and examine under microscope. Run work in process in accordance with scheduled work order. Postproduction data to inventory usage report. Perform preventative maintenance and minor repair and adjustments to equipment.
