: Machine Operator – Recycling Facility
Location: Lethbridge, AB
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
We are a busy recycling facility specializing in processing plastic waste back into high-quality raw material. We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate plastic grinding machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Use forklifts to move materials and finished product.
  • Follow daily job duties and production schedules.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Monitor machines, troubleshoot issues, and perform basic maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Forklift experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Mechanically inclined — is an asset
  • Ability to learn and retain information about daily tasks.
