POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Machine Operator to operate and monitor equipment used in the plastic recycling and extrusion process. This role is critical in maintaining high-quality production standards while ensuring safety and efficiency.
There are 2 roles on offer, 1x Afternoon Shift (2pm-10pm) and 1x Night Shift (10pm-6am). Both roles will have 2 weeks training on Day Shift before commencing shift work.

• Operate and monitor plastic recycling and extrusion machinery.
• Load raw plastic materials and manage material feed systems.
• Adjust machine settings for temperature, speed, and pressure.
• Inspect final products for quality assurance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas.
