Job Description Responsibilities & Opportunities Sika is looking for experienced Machine Operator to join it’s growing team in Gastonia, NC. This position will assist the shift supervisor in coordinating the work of production employees involved in production activities. Requires knowledge of manufacturing processes and product. Operates manufacturing line. Requires the ability to vary prescribed operating conditions as necessary to produce quality parts. Changes and adjust operating conditions to maintain proper quality.
