Location: Victory 1 Performance - Mooresville, NC on 1st shift. We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the set-up, operation, and maintenance of Swiss screw machines to produce high-quality precision parts. Responsibilities: Machine Technician (CNC Operator), responsible for the production, setup, adjustment, and operation of machines. Set up and operate machines to produce parts in accordance with specifications. Experience in operating a variety of hand tools, micrometers, and other measuring instruments. Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure proper production of parts. Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning and oiling machines. Conduct quality control checks to ensure accurate and precise dimensions of finished parts. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process. Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
