We are currently seeking a Machine Operator to join our Strathroy, ON team. Are you motivated and would like to work as a machine operator in a metal fabricating department? Do you have any industrial manufacturing experience and are a hard worker? We need you!
Your main functions will be to operate a metal shear, roll steel on a set of hydraulically operated rolls, operate various basic fabrication equipment, apply gaskets to the finished product and do the final assembly/packaging of manufactured products to make them ready for the shipping department.
The possibility to move into other roles and departments is also available, depending on capabilities and potential. Robar believes in promoting from within and we will help in many ways to provide training and growth opportunities.
The candidate may be required to work in other positions as production demands justify it. When production requirements warrant it, overtime will be made available on a volunteer basis.
