Description SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS - MACHINE OPERATOR / PRODUCTION OPERATOR Actively involved in all duties for procedures related to screening process to manually apply various soldermasks and legends to circuit boards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Set up jobs from travelers and verify registration. Operate various presses. Operate pumice scrubber. Develop LPI Ink or Dry Film off circuit boards through the developer Perform some maintenance of equipment. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS Reports to department supervisor and Director of Operations. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS A high school diploma is required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Standing for long periods of time is required. Exertion of up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines. Use of hand tools requires dexterity. WORK ENVIRONMENT This position is in a manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, dirt and chemicals. WORK SCHEDULE Monday - Friday from 10:30 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. with occasional half days on Saturdays Training will likely take place on 1st or 2nd shift.
