Join the A-Team at AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) as a Machine Operator! Sign on bonus: $1,250. Will be paid out in increments (90 days, 190 days and 360 days) Strating pay $21-25/ hour Depending on experience and shift. Key Responsibilities: Manage the material conveying process, including big bag or bulk offloading. Monitor and troubleshoot material feeding systems to maintain continuous and consistent material flow. Set up, start, operate, and shut down equipment, ensuring full project set-ups for quality production. Adjust machine controls throughout runtime to maintain optimal performance. Perform machine maintenance and adjustments to meet product specifications and quality standards. Respond to alarms and resolve issues promptly to maintain operational efficiency. Conduct thorough inspections throughout the production process to ensure finished products meet standards. Address and resolve processing issues to deliver customer requirements within business needs. Understand customer issues created by upstream processes from conveyance, forming, and cutting devices to ensure efficient and timely changeovers to minimize downtime. Ensure proper waste disposal procedures to prevent environmental pollution. Shifts & Schedule: 12-hour shifts Monday – Thursday 0500-1700 (5AM – 5PM) OR 1700-0500 (5PM – 5AM) Friday - Sunday 0500-1700 (5AM – 5PM) OR 1700-0500 (5PM – 5AM) Overtime opportunities available Ability to stand for 11 hours consistently Ability to carry, lift, or pull 50 lbs consistently The AmeriLux benefits package includes a nationally award winning zero-dollar deductible healthcare plan created to ensure peace of mind and comprehensive care for all A-Team family members.
