POSITION SUMMARY

The Machine Operator is accountable for setting up, operating, and maintaining SMT, Through-Hole, and/or Conformal Coating equipment to produce high-quality PCBAs. This role is essential for ensuring consistent throughput, compliance with IPC standards, and timely delivery to customers. Operators are expected to adhere to detailed work instructions, maintain rigorous quality standards, and work collaboratively with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain accurate travelers, log sheets, and production records.
• Adhere to ESD, safety, and cleanroom protocols.
• Support First Article Inspections and collaborate with QC to address defects.
• Assist in cross-training initiatives and provide support in areas experiencing bottlenecks.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and propose enhancements for efficiency or quality.
