Sparlonz Limited is a well-established manufacturer of Extruded Plastic Sheet and Thermoformed parts, with a successful history, and a very wide and diverse customer base. We run for 24 hours a day commencing 0600 on Monday and closing at 1630 on Friday.
We are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team in the position of Machine Operator, working a minimum of 40 hours per week on day shifts Mon - Friday. Successful applicants would be required to work 08.00 - 16.30 Mon - Thurs and 07:30 - 16:00 Fri, initially for training and induction. Shift patterns are generally 06:00 - 14:30 and 09:30 - 18:00 on a weekly alternating basis. Alternative shift patterns can be discussed individually dependent upon circumstances.
Applicants must have experience of working in a busy production environment and will be used to manual handling and using basic hand and machine tools. Full training will be given.

All new employees will receive an initial induction and then undergo further on the job training which will be on an ongoing basis due to the wide range of functions required. There may be opportunities for new starters, that show aptitude in specific areas, to progress and assume greater responsibility in due course.
