OVERVIEW

The Machine Operator plays a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of cannabis processing equipment. You will be responsible for setting up operating, and maintaining various machines used in the manufacturing and packaging of cannabis products. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and a passion for working in the cannabis industry

Responsibilities

-Set up and calibrate machinery according to product specifications and production schedules
-Operate various machines, such as filling machines, labelling machines, and packaging equipment
-Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal output and product quality
-Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines to keep them in good working condition
-Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or defects promptly to the Facilities Department or Production
-Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas to maintain a hygienic and organized production environment
-Adhere to all safety protocols and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines
