Adecco is currently seeking a motivated and reliable Machine Operator to join our clients team for a Swing Shift position in Colborne, ON. As a Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process, operating and monitoring CNC machining centers to ensure efficient production.

• Location: Colborne, ON
• Shifts: Monday to Friday | 1 week of day shifts followed by 1 week of afternoon shifts
• Job type: Temporary to Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload parts into CNC machining centers
• Deburr machined parts as required
• Visually inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Perform dimensional inspections on finished parts to ensure compliance
• Maintain accurate production counts
• Abide by company Health and Safety rules
• Maintain cleanliness of individual workstation and shop

Requirements:

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
• CNC experience preferred
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Grade 12 or Equivalent
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to continuous learning
• Ability to absorb and retain information from on-the-job training
• Must have obtained 2 COVID-19 vaccinations
