We are an automotive Tier 2 stamping and welding manufacturing plant seeking machine operator candidates for either Day Shift (7am - 3:30pm) or Afternoon Shift (3pm - 11:30pm).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for 8-10 hours per shift
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, noisy environment while wearing required PPE

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Understand and apply health and safety policies and regulations.

• Set up, operate, and monitor machines according to production specifications and schedules.
• Identify and resolve machine malfunctions by performing minor repairs and adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and report major issues to supervisors.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Support plant continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure daily production meets IFOTIS requirements (In Full, On Time, In Spec).
• Participate in cross-training with other departments on the production line.
