Description

We are looking for machine operators to join our team on 1st and 2nd shift. This role involves operating a variety of machines and supporting overall production. Job Duties * Set up and run machines such as saws, drill presses, tube rollers, and finishing equipment * Help clean, smooth, and finish metal parts (deburring and general cleanup) * Help with team-based jobs that require more than one person * Load and unload materials safely * Watch machines while they run and make small adjustments if needed * Check finished parts to make sure they meet quality standards * Follow all safety rules and wear required safety gear * Keep your work area clean and organized * Help wherever needed to keep production moving * Do other related tasks as assigned Qualifications * Basic understanding of machines or manufacturing preferred * Willingness to learn how to run different types of equipment * Ability to read basic blueprints is a plus * Ability to use simple measuring tools like a tape measure (calipers/micrometers are a plus) * Able to follow instructions and pay attention to detail * Able to stand for long periods and do physical work * Good attitude and willing to work as part of a team Benefits * Paid holidays * Paid vacation * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Overtime opportunities available 1st Shift Monday - Thursday 6:30am - 5:00pm 2nd Shift Monday - Thursday 5:00pm - 3:30am
