We are seeking a dedicated and hard working candidate to join our clients’ production team based at their site in Totton, Hampshire. Our client produces niche bespoke products tailored to meet their customer needs. Full training will be provided for all areas of the production operation. The successful candidate will be willing to learn all processes and be looking to secure full time employment after 12 weeks work!

KEY SKILLS:

• Previous production, machine operating or similar experience would be an advantage
• A good work ethic
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to undertake written and verbal tasks effectively
• Happy to work as part of a small team as well as working alone

• Assist in the assembly process using various machines to cut, shape and print customer products and meet required specifications.
• Support production operations, including the organisation of materials and inventory management.
• Work closely with other members of the team to ensure a smooth production flow and adhere to quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
• Be able to work at height on a mezzanine floor where you will add specific customer logos tailored to each individual requirement
