Tri-Arc has immediate openings for 1st Shift Machine Operators, Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. These are full-time positions and Tri-Arc offers a competitive starting rate along with a generous benefit package with the opportunity for career growth and to join the United Steelworkers Union after a probationary period. Essential Functions: Measures steel part dimensions and reads job specifications to determine adjustments and material requirements Position steel parts against stops, aligns layout marks with die/blade; pushes button(s) and/or depresses pedal(s) to activate the machine Inspects and observes machine operations to locate defects or inefficiencies Operates various punch presses, drill presses, sheet metal press brakes and tube bending equipment Other job duties as assigned as production needs require Experience & Qualifications: 6 + months of general labor experience Experience with hand tools (drills, grinders, etc.) is helpful, but not required Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, walk, or sit for long periods of time Must be capable of working in inclement conditions, including extreme hot and cold temperatures Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs Benefits: Competitive Starting Rate ($23.37/hour) PTO Medical, Dental, Vision 401K plan Referral program Friendly, Collaborative Team Environment Personal and Professional Growth Potential Great work-life balance - NO WEEKENDS Triarc Manufacturing is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive and respectful workplace for all employees.
