What We’re Looking For: A motivated and flexible Production Floater to support daily operations, operate machinery, and assist across multiple departments to ensure production goals are met. Schedule: 1st Shift - 5:00 am to 3:30 pm M-Th (up to 5:30 pm with OT), Fridays as needed. What You’ll Do: Operate manufacturing machinery under supervision and complete minor machine setups Hang products on the paint line and support powder coating processes as needed Assemble, package, and prepare products for shipment (box, crate, palletize, stretch wrap) Select and wrap products with protective materials Inspect parts and finished products for quality and conformance to specifications Identify errors in parts and make corrections as needed Follow written and demonstrated work instructions Maintain production pace to meet order standards and deadlines Operate hand and power tools safely Learn and perform multiple manufacturing processes across departments Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Perform other duties as assigned, including occasional support in different areas Qualifications: 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred Knowledge of metalworking processes and equipment preferred Ability to operate machinery independently and perform minor setups Ability to read blueprints with minimal assistance Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow work instructions and adapt to multiple tasks Capable of working occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Physical Requirements: Frequent sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, and bending Ability to work in hot, cold, or otherwise challenging manufacturing conditions Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Benefits: PTO Nine (9) Paid Holidays Medical, Dental, Vision 401K plan Profit sharing Referral program Friendly, Collaborative Team Environment Personal and Professional Growth Potential Great work-life balance - NO WEEKENDS Valley Craft Ind.
