We are hiring Plastics Machine Operators for a Tier 1 Automotive facility. No prior experience is required. This role involves operating and monitoring plastic molding machines to ensure consistent production of high-quality parts. Location: Sterling Heights (18 1/2 mile road) Key Responsibilities: Retrieve plastic parts from the conveyor Inspect parts for visible defects Label each part accurately Transport completed parts to designated workstations Available Shifts & Pay Rates: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | $15.50/hour 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $16.00/hour (includes $0.50 shift premium) 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $17.00/hour (includes $1.50 shift premium) This is a great opportunity to start a career in automotive manufacturing with on-the-job training provided. Plastics Machine Operator – Job Duties & Requirements Key Responsibilities: · Visually inspect plastic parts for defects · Wipe, label, and sort finished parts · Record counts of approved and rejected parts · Trim excess plastic from components · Print and apply labels to packaging · Maintain clean and organized workstation Job Requirements: · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Ability to stand for up to 10 hours · Follow instructions from supervisors accurately · Work well independently and as part of a team · Dependable and detail-oriented No experience is necessary—training is provided!
