Description

Lead daily manufacturing and packaging activities to achieve the approved production schedule
Develop and maintain achievable weekly and monthly production plans
Coordinate labour, materials, equipment and production capacity
Ensure production areas are appropriately staffed with trained and competent employees
Create, release, maintain and close production work orders within JDE or the applicable ERP system
Monitor production progress and address material, quality, equipment, capacity and delivery risks
Provide clear direction, coaching and support to Production Group Leads and Production Operators
Coordinate employee onboarding, training, cross-skilling and competency development
Ensure production activities and documentation comply with GMP, APVMA requirements and approved site procedures
Support deviations, investigations, CAPA, change control, validation and audit activities
Monitor performance measures including schedule adherence, output, yield, downtime, waste and right-first-time results
Lead practical 5S and continuous-improvement initiatives
Promote a safe, respectful and accountable working environment
