JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator cum Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operating and programming CNC machines, ensuring precision and efficiency in production processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in CNC machine operation and programming.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in CNC programming languages such as G-code or M-code.
• Experience with software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD/CAM tools.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and tools.
• Education: Diploma or technical certification in mechanical engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Attention to Detail: Ability to work with high precision and troubleshoot effectively.
• Communication: Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Operate, set up, and program CNC machines (e.g., milling, lathe, or other related machines).
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Perform machine adjustments, tool changes, and calibration as needed.
• Monitor machine operations and ensure adherence to quality standards and tolerances.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on machines and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize machining processes.
• Maintain accurate records of machine operations and production logs.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness in the workplace, adhering to all safety protocols.
