Key Responsibilities Set up and calibrate production machinery for various product runs. Oversee machine performance during production and troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly. Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure machinery operates at optimal efficiency. Monitor product quality throughout the production process and make necessary adjustments as needed. Accurately document machine settings, production data, and any maintenance conducted. Collaborate closely with fellow team members to ensure a smooth and efficient production flow. Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Hours of Work Backshift role available; specific hours to be discussed during the interview process. Hourly rate: £12.67/hour Previous experience as a machine setter or in a similar production role preferred. Strong technical skills with a solid understanding of machinery operations. Ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on equipment. Attention to detail to uphold quality standards and safety regulations. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
