At ECS Composites, our Finishers put the final touch on precision-machined parts before they move to the next stage of production. If you enjoy hands-on work, have a sharp eye for detail, and take pride in a job well done, we'd love to meet you. Our schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., giving you a three-day weekend! Friday overtime may be required during peak production periods. Requirements What You'll Be Doing Remove burrs, sharp edges, and imperfections from machined parts Finish parts using hand tools, grinders, files, sandpaper, and rotary tools Read blueprints and work orders Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges Identify and report quality concerns Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Support your team and assist with other duties as needed What We're Looking For Attention to detail and pride in quality work Enjoy working with your hands Ability to read blueprints (or willingness to learn) Experience using measuring tools is a plus Dependable with a strong work ethic Team player with a positive attitude Commitment to safety Basic math and measurement skills Physical Requirements Stand for most of your shift Lift up to 50 pounds regularly Bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the day Work in a manufacturing environment Safely operate hand and power tools Wear required PPE Perform repetitive hand movements with accuracy Maintain regular and reliable attendance Why You’ll Love Working Here We work hard, but we also know how to have fun.
