SUMMARY Without the strength of our Machine Shop Helper team, we would not be able to offer the industry-leading service we’re known for. We’re seeking an experienced Machine Shop Helper. The ideal candidate will have proven industry experience as a Machine Shop Helper.  As a strong communicator and skilled hands-on Machine Shop Helper, you will Assist manufacturing personnel as required by machining details as directed for assembly. Assist in the assembly of product and maintain documents in support of the manufacturing efforts. The machine shop helper must be able to explain the respective role within the QMS and how their role contributes to quality.  The machine shop helper shall contribute to product conformity as apart to their daily job function and shall contribute to product safety. The machine shop helper shall also be aware of ethical behavior and conduct themselves accordingly to Karman policies and procedures.   ABOUT US KARMAN SPACE & DEFENSE: Karman is the market leading suppliers of metallic and composite flight hardware and sub-assemblies for the space, missile, and hypersonic markets.
