MACHINE SHOP SUPERVISOR – TAMWORTH

£17.11 per hour + Enhanced Overtime Rates
Mon–Thurs 06:45–16:45 (3-Day Weekend!)
Are you an experienced machinist ready to step up or a supervisor looking for your next challenge?
We’re looking for a driven Machine Shop Supervisor to lead our team in Tamworth and play a key role in the future of our machining operations. This is your chance to make a real impact – you’ll oversee the modernisation of our machine shop, reduce manual operations, and help us transition towards CNC machining. Precision, quality, and speed will be your focus, and you’ll be given the autonomy to make it happen.
